Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a quality-focused professional to perform incoming, in-process, final, and returned product inspections in a cross-functional environment. You will verify product conformity using precision measuring tools and maintain critical quality documentation, including device history records.

Role requires familiarity with SAP inventory transactions and adherence to quality systems/regulations. Collaboration with manufacturing, QA, and supply-chain teams is essential to sustain

Qualifications

• Requires basic knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain procedures, systems and tools.
• 1+ years of related experience or applicable training/education/certification.
• Non-US candidates: a degree meeting 8 CFR 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, final, and returned product inspections using approved procedures and drawings.
• Utilize measuring devices, inspection equipment, and testing tools to verify product conformity.
• Review and verify quality documentation, including device history records and acceptance criteria.
• Accept, reject, segregate, or disposition nonconforming products per procedures.
• Support PHOs, returns processing, and inventory control activities.
• Maintain SAP inventory transactions and ensure inventory integrity in quality-controlled locations.
• Identify, document, and communicate quality issues and nonconformances to stakeholders.
• Participate in quality investigations, audits, and corrective actions; support continuous improvement.
• Assist with training and mentoring peers as needed.
