Job summary

Medtronic in Dexter, MI is hiring a manufacturing quality specialist to lead production team processes, equipment testing, and assembly activities in a regulated environment. You will coach operators, resolve process issues, and ensure adherence to GDP and company quality standards. The role requires 5+ years of related experience, with 3–5 years in Quality in medical devices or pharma, and prior inspection experience preferred.

Clean room exposure and PCBAs handling are valued. U.S.
