Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an experienced Facilities Space Planning Project Manager to lead space planning across our facilities portfolio, aligning with growth and organizational needs. You will manage end-to-end space planning from concept to occupancy, partner with HR and business leaders to forecast headcount, and coordinate with architects, designers, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in facilities space planning, workplace strategy, or project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit; experience with CAFM/IWMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive space plans for all Blue Origin facilities, ensuring alignment with growth and business needs.
• Manage end-to-end space planning projects from concept through occupancy, including scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder coordination.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, construction managers, and vendors to execute fit-out and renovation projects.
• Maintain accurate space data in CAFM/IWMS systems and develop space planning reports for senior leadership.
