Job summary

• Knowledge of space planning and OfficeSpace CAD familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management of hard and soft services at Sotheby’s New York complex and off-site storage.
• Deputise for the department head as required and ensure deadlines and targets are met.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety, risk management, and contract compliance.
• Manage and develop relationships with FM service providers and contractors.
• Oversee space management, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
