Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Facilities Site Operations in New Brunswick, NJ. You will act as the primary internal customer interface for site facilities operations, manage budgets, CAPX planning, and oversee both in-house and outsourced services to ensure quality and compliance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, support energy initiatives, and collaborate on capital projects while ensuring adherence to GMP, GLP, and EHS standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business-related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in operations, maintenance and service management of industrial buildings, research buildings, office systems, and utility plants.
• Hands-on experience in procurement, negotiation, and management of contracts with maintenance suppliers, contractors, and consultants.
• Broad technical knowledge of facility operations, infrastructure, engineering, and systems in a life science research lab environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, multi-site responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal customer interface for site facilities operations.
• Coordinate with IFM service provider to meet customer/site needs.
• Maintain contact with managers/employees to coordinate operational decisions and requirements.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and problem-solving to employees within the department or via project coordination.
• Manage budget development, expense tracking and compliance with SOPs and EHS policies.
• Oversee site capital infrastructure projects and CAPX planning; ensure commissioning and turnover of projects.
