Job summary

Terrestris, LLC seeks a Facilities Relocation Manager to lead relocation efforts for the Martinsburg, WV IOTA project. You will manage staff and file moves, coordinate schedules, and ensure readiness so operations start on Day One.

The role requires VA-related background checks, U.S. work authorization, and experience planning multi-phased relocations, with close collaboration with VA stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in transition planning and relocation services on multi-phased projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop operational concepts and transition plans with VA stakeholders and document current and future operating requirements.
• Coordinate delivery, installation, acceptance, security, building protection, training, and occupancy activities.
• Maintain department move schedules and the integrated move plan in VA SharePoint and OCAMS tools.
• Plan the phased relocation of approximately 65 employees and 250 linear feet of files from three locations.
• Prepare staff move guides, labeling instructions, orientation materials, and Day in the Life readiness activities.
• Support move execution, resolve transition issues, and coordinate post-occupancy and closeout activities.
