Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of facilities vendor management experience.
• 5+ years of managing facilities vendors, contract management, or shipping and operational logistics.
• Ability to read and understand basic floor plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction and facilities projects for new production lines and offices.
• Assist with drawings, documentation, and reports for aerospace/industrial projects.
• Coordinate maintenance for HVAC, electrical, security, and fire protection systems.
• Communicate schedules to personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet deadlines.
• Write, negotiate, and manage scope across multiple disciplines.
• Maintain interior office and factory cleanliness.
• Plan and execute events for VIPs, vendors, and staff.
• Support office relocations and move plans.
• Work with purchasing to ensure vendors are approved and insured.
• Assist with campus services like bike and laundry programs.
