Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, project management or related field.
• Minimum of two years of management and/or administrative experience in engineering, public works operations and maintenance, or construction administration.
• Experience coordinating and overseeing consultants, contractors and technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Conducts onsite inspections of facilities and evaluates proposed projects.
• Oversees design, construction, operation and maintenance of building projects.
• Directs consultants and contractors; serves as project liaison.
• Develops division work plans and manages budgets and staffing.
• Ensures code conformance and contract administration.
