Responsibilities

• Conducts onsite inspections and evaluates feasibility of proposed projects.
• Oversees and supervises the work of engineers and architects involved in design, construction, operation, maintenance and energy conservation projects.
• Plans, coordinates and provides engineering/architecture consultation services for Dane County facilities.
• Serves as project leader and liaison with internal/external parties; ensures effective communication with consulting firms.
• Develops division work plans; maintains project-related billing and records; manages budgets and manpower allocation.
