Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or higher
• 5+ years of post-graduate experience in electrical engineering
• PE license preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop scope of work and bid documents for projects
• Engineer and execute infrastructure construction projects
• Vendor selection, funding, and purchase requisitions
• In-field project management of vendors and EB personnel
• Maintain project budget, schedule and documentation
• Interface with city building officials and Naval oversight
