Job summary

ANSER is seeking a Senior Facilities Strategy & Policy Analyst to support WHS FSD. You will provide senior-level analytical, policy, writing, and staff support to FSD leadership while contributing to lifecycle facility management initiatives for DoW and other U.S. Government stakeholders. The role requires TS clearance, DoW policy knowledge, and experience drafting executive-level documents. The position is based in Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 20+ years of DoD senior-level experience or 15+ years with a Master's.
• Strong written communication and policy analysis skills.
• Experience drafting executive-level memoranda and correspondence.
• Experience with DoW/OSW policies and style standards.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive analysis and subject matter expertise across FSD initiatives.
• Support the Director and Deputy Director in executing projects and advancing priorities.
• Represent FSD in interagency and external working groups and task forces.
• Coordinate with DoW offices and external stakeholders for policy alignment.
• Author executive-level staff packages, memoranda, and directives.
