Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and boiler plant operations.
• Ability to train and supervise custodial staff and lead building service workers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate building service workers across shifts.
• Operate and maintain boilers, furnaces, HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
