Job summary

Bombardier Learjet Tucson is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a 1+ million sq ft, multi-building operation. You will oversee maintenance, safety and environmental compliance, delivering reliable services to production and offices.

The role requires 7 years of management experience, strong leadership, and expertise in budgeting, CMMS, and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with senior management, contractors, and cross-functional teams to optimize facilities performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of facilities management experience in large multi-building sites.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate multi-project workloads.
• Knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance for manufacturing facilities.
• Familiarity with environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Experience with budget management and cost control.
• Proficient in CMMS, MS Office and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise assigned facilities teams and contractors.
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules for facilities and equipment.
• Oversee capital and expense budgets for plant engineering.
• Coordinate safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive capital improvement projects and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain documentation for projects and audits.
