Job summary
Bombardier Learjet Inc. in Tucson is seeking a Lead Technician, Airframe & Powerplant to join the Customer Response Team. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, inspecting and performing maintenance on customer aircraft, with weekend shifts and regular status as a key contributor.
The candidate should have extensive aircraft maintenance experience, jet experience, and Bombardier model familiarity, with qualified Engine Run & Taxi or DI eligibility. Safe, timely workmanship is emphasized.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of aircraft maintenance experience or substantiated equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of corporate/commercial jet experience.
- Minimum 1 year Bombardier aircraft model experience.
- Engine Run & Taxi qualification on Bombardier Aircraft or Delegated Inspector eligibility.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to Bombardier General Work Requirements (Factory, Shop and / or Hangar positions).
- Comply with Environmental / Health / Safety policies and procedures.
- Perform and document maintenance on customer aircraft per manuals/regulations.
- Troubleshoot, repair, inspect and perform maintenance on customer aircraft.
