Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Facilities Manager, HQ & Retail to oversee building and ground maintenance across the HQ campus and retail locations. You will lead preventive programs, manage repairs, and partner with Retail Operations, Store Development, and Finance to optimize store conditions and costs.

The role requires multi-site facilities experience, strong safety knowledge, and effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of industrial maintenance and facility upkeep.
• CFM or equivalent credential is preferred.
• 5+ years leading facilities teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong OSHA/EHS knowledge and building systems understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HQ and Retail facilities maintenance and ground upkeep.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs and asset management.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance are followed.
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and cost-control initiatives.
• Coordinate with Retail Ops, Store Development, and Finance.
• Schedule and supervise contractors for repairs and upgrades.
