Vuori, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager for HQ & Retail to oversee maintenance, security, and emergency preparedness across the California HQ and our retail fleet. You will develop proactive programs, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in multi-site facilities management, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and CF M or equivalent certification. Travel to Vuori retail locations is required; comprehensive benefits are offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Science or Engineering and/or equivalent years of experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of industrial maintenance processes (preventive maintenance, material handling equipment, power equipment, facilities upkeep).
• 5+ years' experience supervising and leading a facilities maintenance and office management team in a fast-paced, high-volume facility.
• Strong understanding of OSHA laws and regulations and EHS.
• Advanced mechanical skills and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC and other building systems.
• 5+ years of multi-site facilities management experience, preferably within retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing environment.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate proposals, identify trends, manage budgets, and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Strong verbal/written communication and people skills; ability to speak with all levels of team members, guests, vendors, and leadership.

Mansioni

• Maintain and improve facilities program for HQ campus and Retail locations.
• Ensure the campus is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly.
• Implement and develop asset management processes for facility equipment.
• Ensure all assigned maintenance activities are performed safely according to applicable safety standards and policies.
• Manage daily maintenance and building systems operational activities for the campus.
• Schedule and supervise contractors for repair work; assist with verifying installation and servicing of building equipment.
• Partner with store and district leadership to resolve recurring issues and identify long-term solutions.
• Manage facilities issues involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors and locks, glazing, flooring, millwork, pest control, cleaning, roofing/building envelope.
