Job summary

ATF seeks a Supervisory Building Operations Manager to oversee a broad range of facility services and projects across multiple ATF locations, including HQ, NLC, NSC, CTC, NCETR and NIBIN. You will develop programs and budgets for long-range building management and supervise contracts to ensure maintenance and operations are completed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience in building management and related duties.
• Mentor staff and guide building management functions; implement program changes; resolve complaints.
• Meet time-in-grade and eligibility requirements by the closing date.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage facility services and projects (maintenance, janitorial, grounds).
• Develop long-range plans, programs and budgets for ATF facilities and operations.
• Supervise performance-based contracts to ensure completion of tasks.
