Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related STEM field required.
- 4+ years of HVAC design or facilities engineering experience preferred.
- Experience with mechanical facility systems (HVAC, hydronic, plumbing) and controls desired.
- Familiarity with DDC/SCADA control interfaces and energy optimization.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise for operation, maintenance, and installation of mechanical facility systems.
- Lead facility improvement, sustaining, and expansion projects with timelines and deliverables.
- Develop sequences of operation and control strategies for facility systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and support cross-functional teams.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with standards.
