Qualifications

• Documented knowledge of practices, methods, materials and equipment used in building systems maintenance.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical or HVAC systems.
• Journeyman level skills in at least two trades: mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC/Refrigeration, carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive and corrective maintenance across building systems.
• Inspections and repairs to ensure safety and efficiency per standards.
• Supervise skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled labor, including inmates, as assigned.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, parts, tools, chemicals and keys.
