MIRATECH is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of facility operations across all North American locations, including office and manufacturing sites in Tulsa, OK. You will manage capital projects, space planning, leases, vendor relationships, preventive maintenance, and workplace standards to support growth and employee experience.

A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of facilities management experience are required, with strong project management, budgeting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial facilities or related programs.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations and workplace standards across all North American locations.
• Lead office buildouts, renovations, relocations, expansions, and space optimization.
• Manage facility-related capital projects from planning through execution.
• Coordinate with landlords, property managers, architects, contractors, and vendors.
• Oversee physical security, access control, and building security systems.
• Develop and manage facility budgets and operating expenses.
• Ensure compliance with safety and occupancy requirements.
• Establish consistent workplace standards across sites.
• Support planning for office footprint, capacity, and growth.
• Negotiate and manage service agreements and vendor relationships.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance to support workplace initiatives.
