Job summary

MIRATECH Corporation is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead strategy, planning, and execution of facility operations across all North American locations. You will manage both office and manufacturing facilities, including capital projects, renovations, space planning, lease coordination, and vendor management.

Responsibilities include budgeting, safety compliance, workplace standards, and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, Business.
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial facilities or related programs.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Strong project management, budgeting, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Experience overseeing multiple locations or regional portfolios.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel periodically across North America.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations and workplace standards across North American locations.
• Lead office buildouts, renovations, relocations, expansions, and space optimization.
• Manage facility-related capital projects from planning through execution.
• Coordinate with landlords, architects, contractors, and vendors.
• Oversee security, access control, and building security systems.
• Develop and manage facility budgets and operating expenses.
• Ensure compliance with building, safety, and occupancy requirements.
• Establish consistent workplace standards across all sites.
• Support strategic planning related to office footprint, capacity and growth.
• Negotiate and manage service agreements and vendor relationships.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and leaders to support workplace initiatives.
• Lead preventive maintenance activities with local plant leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.
