Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with budgeting, capital planning, and vendor management.
• Proficiency with work order and maintenance management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily maintenance activities for assigned properties.
• Supervise repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and tenant service requests.
• Oversee unit turnovers and make-ready activities.
• Develop annual operating and maintenance budgets.
• Plan long-term CapEx including roof/HVAC/elevator upgrades.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality work.
• Monitor safety, compliance with HUD/OSHA and report findings.
