Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day soft-services and workplace operations across HQ, Co|Lab, and The Shed. This role ensures service quality, vendor management, event planning, and safety compliance while partnering with Building Engineering and reporting to the Facilities Director.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive facilities management experience.
• Experience managing multi-vendor service contracts and bids.
• Experience coordinating workplace services for a sizable population.
• Ability to read construction project drawings and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily soft-services operations across HQ, Co|Lab, and The Shed.
• Lead vendor management, RFP/RFQ processes, and contract performance.
• Oversee contractors, safety, budgets, and project coordination.
• Coordinate events, moves, and master calendar; ensure records and drawings are updated.
• Maintain facilities safety, emergency preparedness, and access control.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
