Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5–7+ years in mission critical operations environments.
• Technical training in mission-critical operations or related field is desirable.
• Experience using a CMMS for maintenance management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the client's critical physical infrastructure.
• Develops, plans, and implements annual shutdown program for preventive maintenance activities.
• Manage budgets, schedules, KPIs, and contractual requirements.
• Serve as single point of contact for client facility-related issues.
• Audit CMMS data for accuracy and generate customer reports.
