Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Facilities Manager for a large pharma manufacturing site in Durham, NC. You will lead building operations, GMP/GxP compliance, and maintenance programs across utilities, automation, and site systems.

You will manage budgets, supervise staff, coordinate vendor work, and drive operational efficiencies while maintaining strong client relationships. FDA-regulated environment experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities or Engineering field; GMP/GxP knowledge a plus.
• Experience leading facilities teams in pharmaceutical/regulated environments.
• Strong budget planning and cost control abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee KPIs and financial performance for GxP site region; implement measures to meet client expectations.
• Develop and approve annual operating budgets.
• Provide formal supervision to employees; monitor training, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee hiring.
• Coordinate daily activities; schedule tasks; mentor staff and manage deadlines.
• Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships; conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Support capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports; liaise with CBRE Project Managers.
