Responsibilities

• Develops policies, plans, and capacity strategies while managing budgets.
• Oversees daily building operations, energy management, grounds, and inventories for safe, efficient plant functioning.
• Leads remodeling projects, manages vendor bids, contracts, and project execution.
• Maintains safe work environment through audits and training with regulatory compliance.
• Leads and mentors staff and contract labor, manages scheduling, training, and evaluations.
• Drives process improvements while coordinating with leadership and external partners.
