Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• CHFM certification required.
• Ten years of facilities maintenance experience, with at least 5 years in healthcare.
• Demonstrated supervisory/management experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and CMMS/PM software.
• Strong record-keeping and analytical skills; attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Life Safety Code, NFPA, OSHA, TJC, ADA and ODH.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FM system-wide operations across hospital campuses, ASCs, and satellite sites.
• Manage facilities operations, capital project execution, and vendor/contract management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, system reliability and cost-effective patient care support.
• Support strategic planning for facilities infrastructure aligned with growth and safety.
• Uphold MetroHealth System's mission, values and customer service standards.
