Pay: $110000 - $150000 / year + 20% annual target bonus

Location: Research Triangle Park | Raleigh, NC

We are seeking a Senior Facilities Manager (SFM) to join our team and be responsible for managing day-to-day operations for ~2 million square feet of Class A office and lab space in a campus setting for our tech client, Cisco. You will manage client relationships, supplier services execution and financial performance. You will also oversee a team of Facility Management professionals and event set-up/handyman maintenance staff.

Relationship Management

  • Manage the performance and outcomes of assigned staff reporting to the position
  • Maintain interface with suppliers, ensuring total contract compliance, accurate and timely reporting, and resolve critical impacts to occupant relations issues

Financial Management

  • Prepare, submit and manage facility budgets with the clients’ goals and objectives addressed
  • Ensure monthly/quarterly/annual expenses are managed within the approved budgets
  • Provide detailed explanations and Implement recovery process for all +/- variances
  • Implement cost-reducing initiatives

People Management

  • Responsible for overall team management, staff development and planning. Execute staff succession and growth plans.
  • Involved in compensation planning process
  • For every direct report, build actionable and measurable career development plans; direct report in consistent conversations regarding progress

Service Delivery

  • Achieve and maintain contracted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure adherence to work order and project timelines and commitments, delivering on time and on budget.
  • Leverage appropriate JLL resources and expertise for specific projects

Compliance

  • Provide overall facility services in accordance with accounts’ standard processes and procedures including application of policies and programs, coordination of information
  • Ensure compliance with portfolio-wide initiatives and required local, state and federal laws and regulations that pertain to the operating of facilities entrusted to the Facility Partners to manage on behalf of the client as owner

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and service delivery.
  • Experience with facilities management/CMMS software. (Corrigo Experience a plus)
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in facilities management.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
