Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a hands-on Facilities Leader who thrives in complex, regulated environments. You combine strong technical expertise with the ability to build and scale high-performing teams and functions.

Your Role & Impact

As the Senior Manager of Facilities, you will:

Lead and develop site facilities, metrology and reliability teams
Own lifecycle of equipment from design to commissioning and beyond
Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards
Manage and optimize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Lead vendor strategy and relationships

Key Qualifications

7+ years in pharma or biotech manufacturing environments
Strong facilities, maintenance, and metrology experience in regulated GMP settings
Proven people leadership or line management experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field
