Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a hands-on Facilities Leader who thrives in complex, regulated environments. You combine strong technical expertise with the ability to build and scale high-performing teams and functions.
Your Role & Impact
As the Senior Manager of Facilities, you will:
- Lead and develop site facilities, metrology and reliability teams
- Own lifecycle of equipment from design to commissioning and beyond
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards
- Manage and optimize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Lead vendor strategy and relationships
Key Qualifications
- 7+ years in pharma or biotech manufacturing environments
- Strong facilities, maintenance, and metrology experience in regulated GMP settings
- Proven people leadership or line management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field
