The role focuses on setting up testing gear, recording logs, and solving floor issues to maintain efficient, safe production delivery. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, 1–3 years in manufacturing, and the discipline to follow detailed work instructions while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in production or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and safety regulations in manufacturing.
• Ability to follow travelers, work instructions, and technical specifications precisely.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various manual production test equipment in accordance with product specifications.
• Accurately record production logs, including material usage, output, downtime, and quality control records.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficient and safe operation and maintain organized work areas.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on the floor to minimize downtime and delays.
• Perform quality inspections at different production stages and ensure compliance with standards.
• Contribute to safety, regulatory and company standards and participate in process improvements.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to keep equipment reliable and support continuous improvement initiatives.
