Job summary

WMFHA in Irvine, CA is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician IV to maintain critical manufacturing facility infrastructure, including HVAC, boilers, generators, plumbing, and electrical systems, ensuring continuous operations in a regulated environment.

You will lead a maintenance team, troubleshoot complex equipment, perform preventive maintenance, manage spare parts, and coordinate with contractors on capital projects.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of facilities maintenance experience or an Associate degree with 5+ years in a similar role.
• Experience supporting facility systems such as HVAC, boilers, compressors, generators, plumbing, and three-phase electrical systems.
• Experience in a GMP or regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with CMMS programs and computerized maintenance systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facility infrastructure including HVAC, boilers, air compressors, DI water systems, generators, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and restore operations with minimal downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Support capital improvement projects and coordinate with contractors.
• Lead and mentor other maintenance team members.
• Manage spare parts inventory and support asset commissioning and disposal.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for facility emergencies.
