Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in building maintenance trades including electrical and plumbing.
• 3+ years of HVAC diagnosis and repair experience.
• Ability to operate various equipment safely.

• Repair and maintain tools and equipment.
• Complete paperwork and scheduling for maintenance tasks.
