Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and equipment operating instructions.
• Requires a type 2 refrigerant transition and recovery certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance on buildings and equipment.
• Assists in preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Repairs and maintains machinery using hand and power tools.
