Job summary

Spinoso Real Estate Group is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to ensure building and equipment compliance with regulations and to execute complex repairs. You will lead maintenance tasks across interior and exterior areas, focusing on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to maximize equipment performance and minimize costs.

The role requires high standards of safety, the ability to work with outside contractors, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED; vocational/technical training preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years demonstrated work experience in maintenance or related field.
• Additional licenses or certifications in one or more areas of maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance/repair on interior and exterior areas of the property.
• Optimize repair and maintenance of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Perform drywall repair and painting.
• Coordinate with vendors, tenants and other departments; ensure OSHA compliance.
• Respond to property issues and on-call requests as needed.
