Job summary

Clinigen is seeking a Facilities Maintenance & Reliability Specialist in Malvern, PA, to keep facility systems and manufacturing equipment in a qualified, calibrated state. You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, utilities, and production equipment, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years of facilities-related work experience.
• Experience in a cGMP environment preferred.
• Knowledge of validation and calibration methodology preferred.
• Experience or certification in controls helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on facility and equipment (HVAC, refrigeration, utilities, production equipment).
• Troubleshoot facility issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate installation, qualification, validation, and commissioning activities.
• Serve as primary site contact for vendors and contractors; manage safety and compliance programs.
• Maintain maintenance records, logs, and documentation in line with cGMP/GDP requirements.
