Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Calibration Technician in Malvern, PA to perform scheduled maintenance, calibration, and advanced troubleshooting of pharmaceutical analytical equipment in a GMP environment.

You will document all work, identify out-of-tolerance conditions, initiate corrective actions, and coordinate with customers and contractors. The role also involves after-hours work and helping train junior technicians. A high school diploma and 1+ year of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least one year of related experience.
• Preferred background in analytical instrumentation support.
• Preferred three or more years of instrumentation and calibration experience.
• Working knowledge of FDA regulations, GMPs, and GLPs.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate, maintain, and service equipment per GMP, GLP, and FDA standards.
• Document all work to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify out-of-tolerance conditions and initiate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with customers and contractors for calibration and maintenance.
• Train fellow technicians as needed.
• Calibrate and functional checks using chemical, mechanical, and electronic standards.
• Monitor standard viability and initiate corrective measures.
