Job summary

Medxcel is seeking a Facilities Maintenance professional to support St. John Medical Center in Tulsa. The role involves preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations across mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

A trade-school background and at least 4 years of related experience are required. The position is day shift, full-time, on-site in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate brings locksmithing and HVAC knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across departments

Qualifications

Graduate of trade school with 2 years of experience.
4 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs mechanical systems and equipment for assigned facilities.
May be assigned more complex assignments that include multiple systems or cross-departmental interaction to complete the maintenance or repair.
Specialized knowledge and expertise in locksmith, HVAC, motors, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems are required to perform a variety of duties.
Repairing heating, lighting, cooling, plumbing, ventilation systems and equipment.
Installation and maintenance of motors and of specialized equipment.
