Job summary

Medxcel is seeking a Building Maintenance professional for St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. The role focuses on operating and maintaining essential power and HVAC systems, performing preventive maintenance, and documenting equipment status.

The position is a Day shift, Full-time opportunity at a major healthcare facility. Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or trade school graduate, and at least 2 years of relevant experience with a relevant license.

Qualifications

• Must have one or more of the following licenses.
• High School Diploma or trade school graduate.
• 2 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Operates and controls power generation and HVAC systems.
• Monitors facility equipment and meters to regulate power flow and detect issues.
• Performs preventive maintenance, cleaning, lubrication and minor repairs.
• Records operational data and documents equipment malfunctions.
• Responds to outages and emergencies with appropriate escalation and participation in required meetings.
