You will manage maintenance budgets, drive preventive maintenance programs, and coordinate with contractors to optimize uptime across multiple stores and facilities. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance staff and conducting performance reviews.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, and life safety systems.
• Experience managing budgets and service levels.
• EPA Type 2 Certification required or equivalent.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach maintenance staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage budgets, service levels, and repair effectiveness.
• Oversee EPA regulations related to refrigerant usage.
• Ensure operational reliability of building systems (HVAC, electrical, refrigeration).
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs and project scoping for upgrades.
• Coordinate with third-party maintenance vendors and energy reduction initiatives.
• Provide reports on budgets, service levels, and refrigerant usage to the division manager.
• Educate staff on maintenance software best practices.
• Travel to division locations to assess program effectiveness.
