Job summary

Aramark is seeking a General Manager, Facilities to provide strategic leadership for custodial, grounds, and maintenance across a college campus. You will lead a diverse team of managers, supervisors, and frontline staff to deliver a safe, clean, and well‑maintained environment that supports academic programs, student experience, and campus events.

In this role you will manage budgets, drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in progressive facilities management.
• 3+ years leading multiple operations teams.
• Experience in custodial, grounds, and maintenance ops.
• Proficiency with CMMS, work orders, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct custodial, grounds, and maintenance operations across campus.
• Develop plans aligned with client goals and institutional priorities.
• Ensure clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing facilities.
• Establish metrics and service levels to monitor performance.
• Lead continuous improvement for efficiency and quality.
• Oversee budgets, staffing, and vendor management.
• Coordinate with campus leaders and stakeholders on projects.
• Lead safety, compliance, and training programs.
