The General Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership of facility maintenance, custodial operations, vendor management, financial performance, and client relationships. Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a complex, multi-use facility operating in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Lead a team of approximately 10 associates, including skilled trades personnel.
• Foster strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ensure delivery of white-glove custodial services and exceptional facility standards.
• Oversee building maintenance, HVAC systems, and critical infrastructure.
• Manage third-party vendors and contractors to ensure service quality, compliance, and performance.
