Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of progressive maintenance/repair experience in multifamily or commercial properties.
• Demonstrated experience with OSHA standards.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and maintain 24-hour on-call status.

• Manage all maintenance functions including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Supervise and train maintenance personnel.
• Prepare maintenance budgets and ensure expenses remain within limits.
