Job summary

Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital is seeking a Maintenance Facility Engineer II to maintain building systems and grounds across PNHS clinic locations. The role includes planning and leading maintenance projects, advising on preventive maintenance, and coordinating with clinic staff to ensure safe, compliant operations.

The position emphasizes technical leadership, energy efficiency, and adherence to Park Nicollet’s standards, with a Monday–Friday schedule and regular hours.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field and 10 years of experience or 15 years directly related experience.
• Experience operating building automation systems required.
• 2nd Class C boiler's license required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and meet insurability criteria.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on buildings, systems and grounds.
• Lead planning of systems, project development and management for clinic facilities.
• Provide technical leadership to junior team members and coordinate small projects.
• Assess risks of system outages and present options to supervisors/managers.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to meet maintenance objectives and adhere to policies.
