Job summary

Ingleside, a retirement community in Rockville, MD, seeks a Property Management leader to oversee maintenance, grounds, housekeeping, laundry, security and capital projects across the campus.

The role directs the Property Management Department, manages budgets and procurement, coordinates capital projects with vendors, and ensures safety programs and records for life safety across Assisted Living, Nursing Center and Independent Living.

Qualifications

• High School or better.
• Four-year degree in Facility Management, Engineering or Business.
• Five to seven years HVAC/electrical/plumbing experience or trade school training.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Property Management Department including maintenance, security, grounds, energy management and safety systems.
• Maintains life safety inspection logs, ensures drills, and provides technical assistance and recommendations.
• Develops department programs, budgets, cost estimates, procurement and contracted services.
