Qualifications

• Experience in facility management and maintenance oversight in commercial/tech environments.
• Vendor management, contract negotiation, SLAs and cost control.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations; know how to implement compliance procedures.
• Ability to manage budgets and contribute to long-term planning.
• Proficient with facility management software and data-informed decisions.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
