Job summary

Echodyne seeks a Facilities Manager to lead and optimize our facilities portfolio, overseeing building infrastructure, maintenance, capital projects, and workplace services to ensure safe, reliable operations supporting manufacturing, engineering, and office environments.

You will mentor the facilities team, develop maintenance plans, and partner with Manufacturing, IT, EHS, Security, and Supply Chain to enable growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities engineering or facilities management in complex technical environments.
• Proven track record leading capital projects and managing budgets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and building automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement facilities plans to support manufacturing growth.
• Lead facilities engineering, maintenance, workplace operations, infrastructure, and capital improvement activities.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection, and other critical infrastructure.
• Develop preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
• Drive operational efficiency, sustainability, and energy optimization initiatives.
