Echodyne is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of its facilities, including manufacturing, engineering, laboratory, and office spaces. The role oversees infrastructure, capital projects, and Building Management Systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting advanced manufacturing or similarly complex environments.
• Expertise with BMS systems and building infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead capital projects and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop facilities plans supporting manufacturing growth and excellence.
• Lead facilities engineering, maintenance, and capital improvements.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and other systems.
• Manage BMS, cybersecurity, data integrity, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate capital projects, budgets, schedules, and vendor contracts.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety codes, and environmental regs.
• Mentor facilities team and report to leadership with updates.
