Job summary

You will supervise on-site facilities operations, coordinating a team of employees and interfacing with management to ensure quality service across client sites. Prior supervisory experience is required and a collaborative, safety-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision at the direction of management on site to coordinate activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in facilities operations or services at larger facilities or locations in health care, commercial, schools, universities or other establishments.
• Coordinate and support, at the direction of management, between 3 and 10 employees during the normal course of business.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
