Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Facilities Supervisor to oversee on-site operations at client facilities, coordinating activities of workers and service staff to ensure quality and safety. You may work in diverse locations such as commercial, healthcare, education, or university premises.

The role requires at least 3 years of related supervisory experience, strong teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to a healthy working environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related supervisory experience.
• Experience coordinating 3–10 employees on-site.
• Strong commitment to safety and a healthy work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision at the direction of management on site to coordinate activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in facilities operations or services at larger complex facilities or locations in the areas of commercial, health care, schools, universities or other establishments.
• Coordinate and support, at the direction of management, key functions and between 3 and 10 employees during the normal course of business.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
