Job summary

Hillcrest Hospital South in Tulsa, OK is seeking a day shift, full-time Facilities Engineer to join our hospital operations team. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment and oversee maintenance of building systems to keep patient care uninterrupted.

This role requires hands-on maintenance of HVAC, emergency generators, boilers, pumps, chillers, cooling towers, and power plant systems. You may be the only maintenance staff on duty at times and could work overtime or on call.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility or maintenance engineering preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair hospital equipment.
• Experience with HVAC, generators, boilers, pumps, chillers, and cooling towers is desired.
• Ability to perform daily inspection of power plant systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hospital equipment.
• Monitor, operate, and perform routine maintenance on HVAC, diesel generators, boilers, pumps, chillers, cooling towers.
• Perform daily inspection of power plant systems.
• Complete work orders and order materials as needed.
• Oversee outside contractors and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of facility tools and equipment.
• Support on-call or overtime duties as needed.
• Comply with codes and directives for building operations and safety.
• May be the only maintenance staff on duty during shifts.
